Due to the expected inclement weather in the area, the Houston Museum of Natural Science will be closing early today, Thursday, February 3 at 3 p.m. The Museum will be open tomorrow, Friday, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Beginning Saturday, the Museum will be returning to standard hours of operation.
"We want to make sure that everyone stays safe, and is with their family and loved ones during the potentially severe weather headed our way," said Joel A. Bartsch, president of the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
